No. A person stays in charge, like a pilot with autopilot on.
Do not just take whatever AI says and say, okay, no need to review. You have to read and get a gut check based on your own expertise, your own creative knowledge, and how proficient you are in your business.
It is not just yes or no
It is not just yes or no. There are levels to this, and I think of it in three buckets.
There is a fully automated bucket where you are taking processes and they are done basically the same every time.
You have AI assisted, which I am calling workflow AI. And this AI fills in the gaps for when the steps are not the same each time. If there are unexpected inputs or messy data, you want the AI to take care of that and straighten it out and get it back on track.
And of course, the third bucket will be human only. These are high stakes. You would not want an AI to be handling your customer success or your client relations, because people would start getting pretty ticked, at least in my business, if I started handing them off to an AI right away.
Start with drafts, not sends
Start with automations that are either sending you a notification or setting up a draft in your email account. They are not sending anything for you. They are not going to mess up any client relations.
So what is really great about this is that it is dropping that email into your draft. So it is not like it is sending it, it is in your draft folder. So once you get that notification from Slack that this email draft is ready, you simply have to go to your draft folder, look over the email, change anything that looks wrong, and send it out.
Let it earn your trust
And the system earns your trust. And that system is turning on the autopilot. And that is how you go from everything runs through me to everything runs without me.
And when a conversation stalls, it gets flagged for a person to respond to.
Since AI is so new, there are a lot of things that need babying and need a human to review.
What stays with a person
What it is really bad at is the relationships, the human to human contact, and that high level strategy that only a human can provide.
If your revenue stream is customers, then you do not want to have a robot there to make a mistake.
You can talk to AI to get some good brainstorming in. I do it all the time. But it is going to have to be you who makes the final call.
Where the Flight Plan fits
Every step in your process gets routed and scored, and we build a guide that tells you exactly how you can use automation and AI to convert these processes into actual systems.
The next step is the Flight Plan. It is $1,500 flat. And if you build with us, the $1,500 that you paid for the Flight Plan comes off the price.
