Five questions owners ask before they hire us

These are the worries we hear most, on our calls and under AI videos. Each one gets a straight answer and one example from a real client.

01

Is my data safe?

A confidentiality agreement is signed before we touch anything. We build on the tools you already use, so your team does not move its data into a new platform.

When a client's work holds sensitive records, their system can run on its own separate platform with its own database, apart from every other client.

We do not have a SOC 2 report or a HIPAA audit today. If your industry needs one, tell us on the first call.

Real example

We built a medical clinic a system that writes its social posts in English and Spanish. It runs on its own platform with its own database. And a person at the clinic approves every post before it goes out.

02

AI makes mistakes. What if it gets something wrong with my name on it?

AI gets things wrong. So a person signs off where it counts.

The map we build with you shows where sign-offs belong and what stays with your people, and you set those lines. Plenty of steps come back marked "leave it human".

Real example

A firm we work with reviews commercial loans for banks. We built a system that reads the loan documents, checks each loan against the firm's own rules, and shows where every number came from, so an analyst can check it.

Before anyone relied on it, we ran it on ten test loans against the firm's own answer key. It matched all ten.

03

What does it cost, and will it pay off?

Step one is a free 30-minute call. We learn how your business works and tell you honestly whether we can help.

Step two is the Flight Plan: $1,500 flat, three calls over two weeks, with nothing for you to prepare. You get a map of how your business runs and a guide of what to automate first.

If you build with us, the full $1,500 comes off the price of the build. Most first builds land around $7,500 all in, and you see the exact number before you say yes to anything. If the Flight Plan finds nothing worth automating, you get the $1,500 back. Ask within 14 days of the walkthrough.

Real example

At Rant-n-Rave, a retail shop, the owner says the listing system we built cut about 80% of the repetitive work.

04

Is my business too small for this?

No. We work with owners of teams of 3 to 50 people.

Big companies have whole teams building this software. Small and mid-sized businesses do not, and that is the gap we fill.

But it is not a fit if you want a tool installed without a plan, if no one on your team can show us how the work runs, or if you need it done this week.

Real example

A firm we work with reviews commercial loans for banks. A review system we built for them can check 100+ loans in an afternoon.

05

What happens if it breaks?

We build it, test it, and support it for three months. Then the system, the documentation, and the process go to your team, with training.

It runs on the tools you already use, and you own what we build.

Real example

Dawn Raymond, owner of Rant-n-Rave: "Tyler was always accessible, fast to respond, and eager to improve any bottleneck."
