If you give us your phone number on a form or in a conversation, you agree we can text and call you about our services. Text frequency varies. Standard rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime, or HELP for help.
These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by Workflow Autopilot. They are part of our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number on any of our forms or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Workflow Autopilot operates a text-message program for prospects, leads, and clients. Messages may include responses to your specific requests, follow-ups about resources you have requested (such as our roadmaps), reminders about scheduled audits or calls, information about our services, and answers to questions you have raised.
Some messages may be sent by automated systems, may include prerecorded or artificial voices when delivered as voice messages, or may use AI-generated voices or AI-generated text. The Federal Communications Commission has ruled that AI-generated voices are "artificial" under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and we obtain consent and provide disclosure on that basis.
You give your prior express written consent to receive text messages from Workflow Autopilot when you do any of the following:
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. We retain a record of when and how you consented, including timestamp and form contents, for at least four years.
Frequency varies based on your engagement with us. A typical prospect receives between 1 and 10 messages over the course of our follow-up. Active clients may receive more, including service-related notifications.
Workflow Autopilot does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.
Once you opt out, your phone number is added to a suppression list. We will not contact you again unless you reactivate your consent through one of the methods in section 2.
Reply HELP to any of our text messages. You will receive a response with information about the program and how to reach us. You can also email [email protected].
Workflow Autopilot's SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you experience problems receiving our messages, contact your wireless carrier first to confirm SMS is enabled on your account.
Our SMS program is available to individuals 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. mobile phone number. We do not knowingly accept consent from individuals under 18.
Our communications may include AI-generated voices, AI-generated text, automated dialing, and prerecorded messages. By providing consent under section 2, you specifically authorize Workflow Autopilot to contact you using these technologies in addition to live communications from members of our team.
If at any point you receive a communication you believe is from us using AI and you would prefer to interact only with a person, reply asking for a human or call us directly at (770) 728-6962 and we will accommodate your preference.
Workflow Autopilot operates this SMS program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state laws including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and similar mini-TCPA statutes, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the requirements of mobile carriers and our SMS provider.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the site, by email, or by text where appropriate. Continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
