We run social accounts on Instagram and TikTok. On Instagram we use our own app, "Workflow Autopilot - 21x", which connects to Instagram through Instagram Login. This section explains what we receive from those accounts and what we do with it.
What we receive. When someone comments on one of our own Instagram or TikTok posts, we receive the commenter's username, the text of the comment, and the time it was posted. We do not receive comments on anyone else's posts.
Why we use it. We use this information for two things only:
Our AI provider. When a comment is not a keyword, we may send its text to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to choose a short reply. It is not sold or used for ads, and our records of it stay on our own servers.
What we do not do. We do not buy or sell this information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not contact the person beyond that one reply or that one private message.
How long we keep it. We keep our replies and the records of the comments we received for up to 90 days. After that, we delete them.
Where it is stored. This information is stored on our own servers. Only Workflow Autopilot has access to it, apart from the comment text sent to our AI provider as described above.
Deleting your information. You can ask us to delete the records of your comments at any time. See our data deletion instructions, or email [email protected] with your Instagram or TikTok username.
